Pregnancy is perhaps the most physically demanding time of our life. Staying fit, healthy and strong is vital to our ability to cope with the demands placed on us both physically and mentally during and after pregnancy.

The benefits of pre & postnatal exercise:

We will help you fit back into ‘those jeans’!

Please note our 10.15am time slot is dedicated but not limited to those that wish to bring their babies/toddlers. We offer a Kids Korner for play, or plenty of space for them on a rug, or if they are not happy to watch and learn from Mum then they become your weight to make you work that little harder.
