What images run through your head when someone mentions ‘Group Fitness’? It might be a bunch of ladies jumping around in sync in their finest gear!
It might be a complicated routine to music that you couldn’t possibly keep up with.

Whatever your thoughts may be, we PROMISE to break the mould! No more hiding on the couch as the sheer thought of the above will make you want to crawl under the nearest rock to hide from those ‘ fitness junkies in the front row’! Our group classes are based around a circuit style that can be delivered in many formats. You will never find that you have to keep up with the ‘junkies’, individuals are challenged in various ways to ensure each participant gets a workout that is suited to their level. No two classes are ever the same, variety is the key and you will never know what is around the corner, ensuring your body never hits the dreaded ‘plateau’ .

Mocean Health & Fitness Training has intentionally made class times at 45min to help more people fit activity into their busy day. No need to slog it out for a whole hour, you’ll get in, work hard and be out all under the hour, easy. “To busy & time poor to exercise” – is simply an excuse for the past! Research has shown shorter time, higher intensity exercise has a great impact on fat loss. The calorie burn is high and once you stop exercising the hormonal response will help you utilize fat stores more efficiently by having a positive effect on your metabolism. So to translate - our bodies will burn calories not only during exercise but for hours after it as well!

CARDIO CAMP - Mix of machines and body weight exercises to get your heart rate pumping and chewing the fat.
FITBALL – Full body toning utilizing the balls, core challenging and it just may get your heart pumping, be pleasantly surprised at how effective this session can be. (Totally suitable to pre/postnatal)
OUTDOOR/BOOTCAMP - Enjoy the fresh air, invigorating, refreshing, fun. Discover how to exercise using simple equipment that surrounds us daily. All sessions operate from Nippers Oval (behind Tennis Club). Nov-April Only.
BOXING FOR FITNESS - Energising workout that will zap the fat and get you fit fast. Lead by one of WA’s amateur female boxers that started like many….from scratch! She will teach you the ropes no problems, all levels welcome. This session is truly soul satisfying, let’s not wait another minute to incorporate boxing into your fitness regime.

We offer a Kids Korner for play, or plenty of space for them on a rug, or if they are not happy to watch and learn from Mum then they become your weight to make you work that little harder.
